Welcome to the UFC Alistair Overeem!  In a rare night of submissionless fights at UFC 141, the former Strikeforce, K-1 and DREAM Champion entered the UFC by annihilating former WWE and UFC Heavyweight Champion Brock Lesnar in the 1st round of their UFC 141 main event bout.  Displaying no respect for Lesnar’s standup skills, “The Reem” stalked him, clinching with the former amateur wrestling standout and delivering vicious knees to his body before finally dropping him with a liver kick and some ground and pound sending Lesnar into retirement.  Also, Nate Diaz boxed his way to the top of the lightweight division by defeating Donald “Cowboy” Cerrone by unanimous decision.  Also the former #2 Welterweight in the world Jon Fitch got knocked out in 12 seconds courtesy of Johny Hendricks.
