In the DC Comics Universe, Superman and Wonder Woman are now an item.  In real life the actor playing the “Man of Steel” in the upcoming 2013 reboot, Henry Cavill was spotted looking very comfy with MMA’s “Wonder Woman” Gina Carano at the Windsor Castle Concours of Elegance.

Although Cavill did press for the event, it seems as though Carano did not, and was just along for the ride.

Now from the looks of it, it’s likely that the two are involved in some sort of friendship where touching knees is okay.  Good for them, they look like a great couple.  But the question begs to be asked, where did they meet?  Was it perhaps on set during the filming of “Man of Steel” film?

For years MMA fans have fantasy casted Carano as Wonder Woman and with her recent movie success it looks like it could finally be happening.  Only time will tell.

Props to Hope2012 & Fernando Alonso of TheUG.

Last Friday night’s UFC 141 featured more than just the debut of Alistair Overeem and the end of Brock Lesnar‘s career.  It also featured a rare appearance by “The Face of Women’s MMA” Gina Carano.  Carano was on hand to promote her upcoming film “Haywire” and after a little sexy dancing and getting her rack peeped by Mike Goldberg, she took a little time to speak with MMAFighting.com‘s Ariel Helwani backstage about a variety of topics including her loss to “Cyborg” Santos, her acting career, why she didn’t fight last summer, Olympic Judoka Ronda Rousey and what’s next after the movie premiere.
